Mercedes Mone’s future in professional wrestling continues to be a widely discussed topic, fueled by strong speculation that she will be joining AEW at Big Business. Keeping that in mind, Eric Bischoff doubts Mone’s debut will make much of an impact on Big Business.

AEW is preparing for significant event named “Big Business” at Boston’s iconic TD Garden, as announced on AEW Dynamite earlier this month. Fans can anticipate major developments, with the highly awaited debut of Mercedes Martinez being a notable highlight.

While speaking on the latest episode of his Strictly Business podcast, Eric Bischoff shared his predictions for the AEW Dynamite: Big Business episode, which is expected to feature the debut of Mercedes Mone. Bischoff believes they will draw around 875,000 to 880,000 viewers, anticipating a potential bump due to Mone’s fanbase.

Bischoff expressed that breaking a million might be challenging, but exceeding 900,000 would be considered a win in today’s media environment. Bischoff suggested that anything over 800,000 viewers would be cause for celebration, but he also noted that the viewership might settle back to its usual numbers within three weeks, depending on the competition.

“You know, you may see a bump, I’m sure. She’s got a lot of fans out there. So yeah, she’ll get a bump. Do I think it will break a million? They may not get 900, which is a win. And in today’s environment, anything over seven, or anything over 800, is, you know, cause for celebration, I guess. So little better than that, depending on what they’re up against. But you know, basketball right now doesn’t matter. It’s like, and it’s early season, basketball doesn’t start mattering until later on in the season. So, depending on what they’re up against, 875, maybe 880, somewhere near there. And it’ll go right back down to whatever it’s been. Within three weeks. That’d be it.”

Mercedes Mone also dropped another major hint about her AEW debut as well. AEW also continued to tease Mone’s debut with their first advertisement for Big Business. We will have ot wait and see whether Mone will make any difference to AEW in the long run.
