Nic Nemeth was let go from WWE in September last year and bided his time for the opportune moment to make a move. That moment came in 2024 when he made back-to-back appearances in both NJPW and TNA. That’s not all as he has just been confirmed for Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport X event.

The Wanted Man has been on an absolute tear since the start of this year, as he has competed in several matches in various promotions all around the world, including even in Puerto Rico.

Josh Barnett took to Twitter and announced that Nic Nemeth will face “Speedball” Mike Bailey at Bloodsport X on April 4. This will be Nemeth’s debut in Bloodsport.

”A decorated collegiate wrestler, now free from his restraints has sought a ring to finally show his true strength, of which has been found. But what is ring without an opponent? What can be truly achieved if there is not a challenge to overcome? This Bloodsport vet seeks to not only meet this demand but to infact make this wrestler’s dream a nightmare. Nic Nemeth takes on “Speedball” Mike Bailey at Josh Barnett’s: Bloodsport X!”

Nic Nemeth, who wrestled collegiately at Kent State University, boasts 121 victories and is a three-time All-Mid-American Conference champion. Meanwhile, Bailey holds a record of 0-2 at Bloodsport. It remains to be seen who will end up picking up the win in this highly anticipated matchup.
