Baron Corbin Breaks Silence on Winning First WWE Title After Six Years

Baron Corbin has experienced a major resurgence ever since making his return to WWE’s developmental territory, NXT. Following his major victory on this week’s edition of WWE NXT, Corbin broke the silence on achieving championship glory after a long time.

In recent months, Corbin has aligned himself with NXT rising star, Bron Breakker collectively known as The Wolf Dogs. The alliance between the duo has proven to be a success after they won the prestigious Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic tournament.

The win guaranteed them a tag team title opportunity which they encashed successfully on this week’s NXT, defeating The Family (Tony D’Angelo and Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo) to become the new NXT tag team champions.

Baron Corbin’s win marked his first championship victory in WWE after nearly six years. The lone wolf took to his Instagram to reflect on his monumental win and thank everyone who helped him thrive during his second run in NXT.
