The Rock grabbed headlines when Cody Rhodes temporarily offered him his WrestleMania 40 spot, but the situation shifted after the WrestleMania press conference. Seth Rollins also got heated during the conference and clearly doesn’t have the best opinion of The Rock. He even advised The Rock to make his way back to Hollywood again.

While speaking to Sports Illustrated, Seth Rollins expressed his respect for The Rock, acknowledging his impact, but stated that WWE is thriving without Dwayne Johnson.

Rollins emphasized that he’s the World Heavyweight Champion, and WrestleMania is his time and show. While welcoming The Rock, he advised The Rock to run back to Hollywood and make his movies and earn money, while reminding him whose house WWE is now.

”I grew up watching The Rock, I think he’s fantastic, but WWE is on a hot streak right now and we have been doing it for the past few years without Dwayne Johnson. So, I love that he’s here and bringing his Hollywood flair, that’s really nice. So, if he wants to ride on the coattails, he can ride on the coattails.

He can show up and do his thing, I just want him to know this is my place now, I’m the World Heavyweight Champion, it’s my time, my WrestleMania, my show. So please, come do your thing, raise your eyebrow, say your little words, and run on back and do your things, make your movies, make your money. Just know whose house it is.”

WWE’s press event in Las Vegas to kick off WrestleMania 40 had a lot of drama in it. The event also featured Seth Rollins blasting The Rock and made it clear he didn’t care one bit that The Great One was one of the TKO Board of Directors.

Seth Rollins also made it evident that he was disgusted by The Rock and Roman Reigns after the conference. With The Rock set to return to WWE television on next week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown, we will have to wait and see what The Great One will have to say.
