Liv Morgan returned to the squared circle at WWE’s Royal Rumble after being sidelined for months due to a shoulder injury. At Royal Rumble, Morgan entered the ring as contestant number 30 and managed to eliminate Jade Cargill before losing to Bayley.

While on WWE’s The Bump, Morgan opened up about being the runner-up for a second year running and eliminating Cargill. She shared that despite being absent from the ring for over half a year due to her injury, she was ready to pick up where she left off. She added that Cargill just wasn’t ready for her.

“I think I love it for me because that means I didn’t digress. I had half a year off, and I came back, and I jumped right in to where I left off, and I eliminated Jade. That was [laughs], she wasn’t ready for Liv. She’s a star, and she’s gonna be a star. She’s gonna be a bigger star than she even is now, but she wasn’t ready for Liv. Most people aren’t,”

In case you missed it, Morgan also opened up about her struggles for the comeback and what it means to her. She will be next be seen in action on the 2/12 episode of WWE RAW where she will face Zoey Stark in an Elimination Chamber qualifying match.

Meanwhile, Cargill has yet to sign with either Raw or SmackDown after making her in-ring debut at WWE Royal Rumble. It remains to be seen if she comes to a decision soon. She has also put the whole WWE women’s division on notice following her Royal Rumble debut. Stay tuned to Ringside News for more!
