Vince McMahon has been under fire this week after allegations about sexual trafficking, abuse and more were levied against the former WWE Chairman.

The allegations were made in a lawsuit filed on January 25, 2024, and detail the horrific crimes that McMahon is alleged to have committed during his time in charge of the company.

The latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter revealed the WWE has told its talent to avoid talking about the lawsuit during this time, and to only discuss points related to current storylines or the upcoming Royal Rumble event.

“The WWE did not respond to questions regarding the suit. WWE talent was told to lay low and not talk about anything other than the Royal Rumble or storyline related things.”

As reported by the Wall Street Journal, the plaintiff Janel Grant alleged that leaked texts from McMahon revealed some disturbing crimes relating to her lawsuit involving McMahon, John Laurinitais and Brock Lesnar.

According to Grant, the text messages revealed that McMahon coerced her into engaging in sexual activities with other men. She used these texts to invalidate a non-disclosure agreement she signed in 2012, which is why these have now come to light.

He also allegedly shared explicit photos of the victim to various men inside and outside of the company, including a former UFC Heavyweight Champion the company were trying to re-sign to a new deal at the time.
