Former Stardom wrestler Megan Bayne had her final match for the promotion on January 21st this year, with her debut in All Elite Wrestling expected to be soon.

The American star previously wrestled for the company on AEW Dark, Dark: Elevation and Rampage as an unsigned talent, but looks set to begin her career as a full-time wrestler in the coming weeks.

She impressed during her time in Stardom, winning the Goddesses of Stardom Tag League in 2023, as well as the match of the year award last year for her bout against Guilia.

Writing in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer revealed that Bayne should be making her debut in AEW soon, following her final match in Stardom earlier this month.

“Megan Bayne, who is under contract here, should be starting shortly. She had her final match with Stardom on 1/21. She was in stardom to gain experience because the fastest learning curve for a woman wrestler is a Stardom tour because you work hard with good people and get regular ring time in several days a week in a highly structured environment.”

Bayne last appeared in AEW in 2023, but her debut as a signed talent could be the beginning of a huge star-making run for the wrestler.
