This week’s episode of AEW Collision featured a lot of solid in-ring action but Chris Jericho and Sammy Guevara were also on the show, ahead of their AEW Tag Team Title match at Battle of The Belts IX.

During an interview segment featuring Chris Jericho and Sammy Guevara, the duo hyped up their title match later in the night. However, those who were watching the show noticed a constant stream of cheers, which felt quite odd for those who know how Jericho is perceived lately.

Fans took to Twitter and called out AEW for piping in crowd reactions for Chris Jericho and Sammy Guevara. Many felt the company was simply trying to avoid a situation that should have been directly addressed.
