Alicia Fox was one of the mainstays of the WWE women’s division at one point in time but she finally left the company last year. Fox has been wrestling in other promotions after her departure and she ended up meeting Saraya backstage at AEW Dynamite Homecoming this week.
In case you weren’t aware, Alicia Fox had some very public issues with alcohol back in 2019. She faced her demons head-on as fans continued to give her support. Thankfully, she eventually overcame her demons and became a better person.
The same can be said for Saraya, who overcame a lot of addictions and depression to become the person that she is now. AEW held their Homecoming episode of Dynamite in Daily’s Place this week and it featured a lot of wonderful surprises for fans and pro wrestlers alike.
Saraya took to Twitter and uploaded a couple of photos of herself, as she met up with Alicia Fox backstage at AEW Dynamite Homecoming. She called themselves ‘sober sisters’ as a sign of how both of them overcame addiction.

Alicia Fox wasn’t the only former WWE Superstar who was backstage at AEW Dynamite this week. Saraya also believes Alicia Fox deserved more recognition as a professional wrestler. Nonetheless, the two close friends had a wholesome reunion and that’s what fans care about the most.
