CM Punk Claims Credit for Seth Rollins’ Career Opportunities

CM Punk’s latest run in WWE revitalized his career in many ways. He has the Royal Rumble in his sights, and that might include a run-in with the Visionary.

Seth Rollins has made no secret about how he feels about CM Punk. He called Punk a cancer and urged him to stay away from WWE. Now, Punk and Rollins are in the same company, but Punk isn’t going to let anything bother him.

During WWE’s 2024 Preview Special, CM Punk was asked about Seth Rollins, and he was quite honest about his sentiments. Punk made it clear that he believes that he blazed a trail that Seth Rollins is now walking on thanks to him.

“I’m in a position where I feel strange vocalizing it, but Seth is a guy, at least I felt ten years ago that he’s a dude that I don’t think he would have gotten the opportunities he’s gotten if it wasn’t for me, you know. That might hurt some people’s feelings, but facts are facts, they don’t care about your feelings.”

When it comes to how Seth Rollins really feels about CM Punk, the Second City Savior said that Rollins’ true feelings about him are none of his business. If Seth Rollins is WWE World Heavyweight Champion and stands in CM Punk’s way, then they can figure things out in the ring.

We will have to see what happens with CM Punk in WWE, because he has a long road ahead of him. It seems that he’s not going to let personal feelings get in the way of things.
