AEW aired another episode of Rampage this week at 10:00 PM on Friday, but how many fans tuned in. After all, there was some stiff competition.

Ringside News provided complete spoilers for AEW Rampage this week, because it was pre-taped. The big question remains of how that affects television viewership, but there was also a lot going on Friday Night.

Alfred Konuwa reports that the December 15th episode of AEW Rampage brought in a fast national number of 296K viewers, with 100K of those in the 18 to 49 demographic. That number was down from the previous week’s number.

ROH Final Battle was airing at the same time as AEW Rampage this week. That was certainly some direct competition, pulling some of the same fans away from AEW Rampage who would usually tune in.

The December 8th episode of AEW Rampage secured 337,000 viewers for this week’s show, while attaining a 0.1 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. This is a slight dip from December 1st’s episode, which secured 348,000 viewers, but the 18 to 49 demographic remained the same 0.1 rating.

We will have to see what goes down on Rampage in the future to rope in a larger viewership. There was certainly some competition on Friday night, complete with one of Tony Khan’s other companies running a show at the same time.
