Liv Morgan’s Court Date After Possession Arrest Unveiled

Liv Morgan was arrested for marijuana possession on December 14th. That was not what she wanted for her WWE hiatus, but now she must deal with the legal process.

According to PW Insider, Liv Morgan is scheduled to be arraigned on charges of possession of marijuana (not more than 20 grams) and possession of drugs, possibly synthetic cannabinoid on Monday 2/12/24 at the Sumter County Courthouse in Florida at 9 AM. During this hearing, she will be required to enter a plea of guilty or not guilty.

In Florida, possession of drugs, possibly synthetic cannabinoid, is classified as a felony and can result in a maximum penalty of one year in jail, up to one year of probation, and a $1,000 fine.

On the other hand, the charges of possession of marijuana (not more than 20 grams) constitute a first-degree misdemeanor in Florida. This offense can lead to a punishment of up to one year in jail or on probation, accompanied by a $1,000 fine.

Additionally, a conviction for possession triggers a six-month driving license suspension, random drug testing, and the reimbursement of all fees associated with the sentence. We will have to see how the court rules in this situation.
