WWE is missing Liv Morgan, and many fans are expecting her return from injury very soon. In the meantime, it seems that she has a legal situation to take care of.

According to publicly available arrest records, WWE Superstar Liv Morgan was taken into custody in Sumter County, Florida, following a traffic stop. Morgan faced charges of possession of marijuana (not exceeding 20 grams) and potential possession of synthetic cannabinoids at 6:30 PM on the previous evening.

The arrest transpired after a sheriff’s deputy observed the yellow jeep she was driving crossing the delineation lines of a County Road. The 29-year-old WWE Superstar did not spend a lot of time behind bars at all.

As outlined in the arrest report, when approached by a Sumter County Deputy, Morgan’s vehicle emitted “the odor of marijuana.”

Inside Morgan’s vehicle, authorities discovered a “small plastic bag containing marijuana” and a vape pen containing “an oil-like substance.” Subsequent testing confirmed the substance to be marijuana, as detailed in the arrest report. Subsequently, Morgan has already posted bail and was released last night at 10:04 PM.

WWE’s substance abuse and testing policy indicates that there could be big time ramifications after this arrest. That being said, THC isn’t considered a violation of their wellness policy that requires suspension. At this point, the “weed tax” is not even given out anymore, the last we heard.

Any WWE Talent, who is arrested, convicted or who admits to a violation of law relating to use, possession, purchase, sale or distribution of drugs will be in material breach of his/her contract with WWE and subject to immediate dismissal.
