Braun Strowman was one of the top stars on Friday Night SmackDown for the past year, until he was put on the shelf due to injury. He had surgery for his neck afterwards and has been rehabbing ever since. Now Strowman has gotten the green light for weight training while he continues to recover.

The Monster Among Monsters had to undergo fusion neck surgery to fix his longstanding injuries back in June. Since then, Strowman’s been on a mission to nurse himself back to full health while keeping busy with other activities.

While speaking with Sportskeeda WrestleBinge, the former WWE Universal Champion shared an update on his condition, as Strowman has been absent from WWE television since May. Strowman disclosed that he has been given the green light to start weight training but still has no timetable for his in-ring return.

“Good. I just recently got cleared to fully start weight training and stuff like that. Still got a little bit of process left but don’t worry. The monster is coming home.
