John Cena just went under the knife for the second time after his short run with WWE. He seemed to indicate retirement after Solo Sikoa beat him, and now the Enforcer of the Bloodline has a lot more to gloat about.

Just two days following the conclusion of the SAG-AFTRA strikes and in under a week since WWE Crown Jewel 2023, John Cena made an announcement on X, revealing that he has recently undergone a successful surgery on one of his arms and is preparing for another surgery on the other. The details regarding the injuries, as well as their origin and timing, remain undisclosed.

Now, John Cena has updated fans to let them know that he had that second surgery. He seems to be doing fine, as Super Cena is known for healing up fast after going under the knife.

Thank you for the autograph, @JeffDugasMD! So very grateful to him and his whole team for two successful surgeries. A world-class facility that has me ready to seize the day… with two repaired arms!

We will have to see when John Cena makes a return to WWE. Odds are, it will be very difficult to work out anything close to the last run he had. That was only facilitated by the 2023 SAG-AFTRA Strike. Now that Hollywood is getting back to business, Cena will be a very busy man.

John Cena is considered the Greatest of all Time, and that was made clear during his last WWE run. Only time will tell when fans see John Cena once again, but he probably won’t keep hidden.
