CM Punk Teases His Involvement In Current AEW Storyline

CM Punk was fired from AEW after it was reported that he sucker punched Jack Perry backstage at AEW All In London. That was a big move for AEW, but there is no shortage of Punk’s name in the rumor mill right now.

AEW is currently running a mystery angle where a person in a devil mask is running havoc on the roster. They are doing as they please, and it appears that they have minions ready to do their bidding.

CM Punk has been known to show up at events under a mask for some fun. He did this and popped off a GTS during the interim period between his WWE exit and his AEW comeback.

The Second City Savior is having a lot of fun with his Instagram stories. The former AEW Superstar dropped big hint that he is getting ready for WarGames previously today. Now, he is teasing that he is The Devil.

CM Punk dropped an old WWE promo, one where he called himself The Devil. Obviously, these are separate promos and not related, but Punk is still having a lot of fun.

Ringside News exclusively reported that CM Punk is nowhere near a WWE return. There are no talks going on between Punk and WWE. That being said, the NWA or TNA may offer him a deal.
