WWE’s Survivor Series is coming for fans on November 25th, and WarGames is thick in the air. Now, everyone is waiting to see how those big matches come together. This week’s SmackDown ended with some big momentum in that direction.

Ringside News has comprehensive coverage of WWE SmackDown this week. The company is bringing a huge show to Chicago for Survivor Series, and there are still a few matches to book.

Bayley, Kairi Sane, IYO SKY, and Dakota were at ringside for the main event on this week’s SmackDown, facing off against Charlotte Flair, Asuka, and Bianca Belair. Initially, things were going smoothly, but a surprising twist occurred.

Asuka, unexpectedly, turned on her own teammates, Charlotte Flair and Bianca Belair, aligning herself with Damage CTRL. Bayley briefly feigned shock before joining IYO Sky, Kairi Sane, Asuka, and Dakota Kai in the ring for a celebratory hug.

With this newfound alliance, Damage CTRL has transformed into a formidable women’s supergroup, systematically dismantling their opponents. Even Shotzi rushed to the ring, only to suffer the same fate. It appears that these developments are setting the stage for an upcoming WarGames match.

Wrestle Votes noted on X that WWE’s plan for their Women’s WarGames match is coming together. Right now, a fourth babyface team member has yet to be named, but it is pretty apparent that they are building something.

This afternoon the Women’s War Games match was listed as: Iyo Sky, Bayley, Kairi Sane & Asuka vs Bianca, Charlotte and Shotzi. A fourth member for the face team wasn’t listed. Official announcement coming later tonight.

We will have to see how WWE continues their build toward Survivor Series. The company is likely to have a lot more to come, because they want to sell out the Allstate Arena in Chicago to its full capacity.

We will keep our eye on this story for more information as it is made known. You never know what can happen in WWE, and that goes double when WarGames is coming.
