WWE has their eyes on the entire pro wrestling scene. There are a few former Superstars that the company may be able to use, but that doesn’t mean they will offer everyone a deal.

WWE’s interest in recruiting former NXT star Sarray has been described as “overblown” by undisclosed sources. After all, there was a report that the company was interested in having her back.

Sarray was announced to have signed “multi-year” deal with the American Joshi promotion Sukeban, following reports of being in “deep negotiations” for a United States return. WWE felt certain type of way about this signing.

It was also reported that WWE had shown interest in re-signing Sarray, and her decision to join Sukeban did not create any “ill will” on the WWE side.

Dave Meltzer has provided additional information in response to a WWE source mentioning that there were “preliminary discussions about attempting to rehire her.” During Wrestling Observer Radio, Meltzer stated that WWE’s interest in brining Sarray back were a bit overblown.

“The stuff about her and WWE – pretty overblown. From talking to people in WWE, they were not really talking about her.”

With WWE’s interest in Giulia, and the fact that they just brought Kairi Sane back to the company, it is apparent that they are looking to Japan. Only time will tell how much the roster changes by the time everything is said and done.

We will have to see what Sarray does next in her career. It appears that she will not be going back to WWE any time soon.

What’s your take on Sarray not returning to WWE after all? Let us know what you think about this in the comments section!
