Another One Of Roman Reigns’ Cousins May Be Free Agent Very Soon

The pro wrestling world is full of interesting people, and the Anoa’i Family’s dominance over the industry is still worth discussing to this day. Another major player from that pro wrestling family could be free to do their own thing soon enough.

The Bloodline angle is still going strong in WWE, and Roman Reigns is showing no sign that he will give up his seat as Head of the Table. Now, it appears that another one of Roman Reigns’ cousins could be free to join him if they can make everything come together.

Sean Sapp noted behind Fightful’s paywall that Lance Anoa’i has asked for his release from MLW. At this time, it is unknown whether that release will be granted.

Fightful Select has confirmed that Lance Anoa’i, member of the legendary Anoa’i wrestling dynasty, has asked for his release from Major League Wrestling. Thus far it has not been granted by MLW.

Lance Anoa’i has been involved with NOAH in recent months during his absence from MLW television. Similar to Alex Hammerstone, who also sought his release from the company, Lance was notably absent from MLW’s latest online roster update. His last appearance in an MLW match dates back to July, and he has no future bookings for upcoming shows.

The report also noted that, “We’ve learned that from MLW’s side, there were some issues earlier this year that the two sides were working to rectify, but as of now, Lance wants out of the company.”

In other MLW news, Alex Hammerstone confirmed on Twitter that he has also asked for his release from the company. It appears that Lance Anoa’i may join him in the free agency market soon enough.
