Eric Young had a solid run in NXT during his first run in the company, but that was irrelevant after he was called up to the main roster. After a break of a few years, he came back to WWE last year but didn’t even appear on television. Young then returned to TNA earlier this year and now Young is set to film a new TV series next month.

Besides his career in professional wrestling, Young has worked in TV shows as well. From 2012 until 2013, he was the host for two seasons of the popular Animal Planet series, Off The Hook. He even hosted another Animal Planet series, No Limits.

While speaking to Haus of Wrestling, Eric Young was asked if he has any other ventures planned that have nothing to do with pro wrestling. Young revealed that he will be filming for a new TV series next month.

“I have very exciting news that I can’t say, but I’ll say I have another show in the works that will be airing very soon. I’ll be shooting in November. I can say that it is musically based, and anyone that personally knows me or follows me on Instagram you know that collecting vinyl records is a massive part of my life. I have over 2500 of them. I started collecting, and I’ve been collecting for about eight years. It has to do with vinyl records and my love of music, and I’ll be able to share more information really soon. It’s super exciting, man.”

Eric Young also explained why he decided against going to AEW. We will have to see what’s next for Eric Young, as TNA is now undergoing a huge change, which Young is certainly glad to be a part of.
