AEW made its debut back in 2019 with all the momentum in the world. It is a fact that the company was truly at its peak after All Out 2021 when many felt they were ready to take over the pro wrestling world. Those days are long gone now as AEW is struggling to sell tickets for their shows. Selling tickets might not have been a problem for Collision this week, but unflattering photos of the show have now emerged on social media.

For a long time now, AEW has been struggling to sell tickets for its weekly shows, which has become a cause of concern for many. In fact, a previous week’s episode of AEW Collision had shockingly low attendance throughout the night.

This week’s episode of AEW Collision took place in the Huntington Center, Toledo, OH and on was track to becoming a sell-out after reducing ticket prices to $10. While the tactic worked, what didn’t work was the fact that the Huntington Center was set up for around 4,000 people, while its maximum capacity was 8,000. Therefore, unflattering photos of the show have made their way online, especially during Adam Copeland’s segment.

Many would agree that AEW shouldn’t rent out venues much larger than they actually should, which has only resulted in these unflattering photos. We can only hope AEW will eventually recover from this rut and get back to their original state, as things certainly do not look good for Tony Khan’s company at this point in time.
