Ex-WWE Star Cassie Lee Wins Championship Title After In-Ring Return

Cassie Lee was part of WWE, where she competed as Peyton Royce and even became a tag team champion there. She was on an indefinite hiatus due to giving birth to her son and she finally returned to the ring earlier this week. Royce has also just won a new title after her in-ring return.

Cassie Lee finally came out of her hiatus after more than a year, as she squared off against Jessica Troy as part of World Series Wrestling’s upcoming Full Throttle tour on October 7th.

During the third day of the Full Throttle Tour, Cassie Lee competed in a gauntlet match against Aysha, Harley Cameron, Jessica Troy and Lena Kross in order to become the new WSW Women’s Champion. Cassie Lee took to Twitter and celebrated her huge win as well.

It was certainly great to see Cassie Lee become a champion after so long. Now it remains to be seen whether Cassie Lee will somehow end up back in WWE in the future.
