Rey Fenix’s International Title Win At AEW Grand Slam Was Not The Original Plan

AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam went down this week, and Jon Moxley lost the International Title to Rey Fenix in Arthur Ashe Stadium. What happened next was rather interesting, and we are sending our best to Jon Moxley as it is believed he may have suffered concussion.

There are a lot of questions going around about what happened at Grand Slam with Jon Moxley. PW Insider reports that the finish was not supposed to see an International Championship change at all.

The Rey Fenix AEW International Championship win was not the planned finish tonight. They improvised on the fly after Moxley was hurt. I believe the original plan was Moxley retaining.
