Mercedes Mone worked hard to establish herself as one of the most recognizable female pro wrestlers in the world right now. She made her way to NJPW and STARDOM – becoming a major star in Japan. Now it appears she was removed from a WWE video after her appearance at AEW All In.

Mercedes Mone left WWE after walking out on an episode of Monday Night RAW back in May last year, shocking the pro wrestling world to its core. She became a major name in Japan and truly revitalized her career.

As fans are aware by now, Mercedes Mone made her surprise apperance during AEW All In as part of the audience in attendance. Extra focus was given to her throughout the event.

Mone was erased in a clip that was posted on the WWE Network. The clip showed Balyey’s heel turn in 2019 on Becky Lynch. However, the video was cropped and Mone was not seen as part of the heel turn.

This is nothing new as WWE has removed traces of ex-employees from their library on every occasion. Regardless, Tony Khan plans to get Mone after she recovers from her injury and so, a WWE return is not in the cards anytime soon.

What are your thoughts on WWE editing out Mercedes Mone from such an important part of history? Are you surprised by their actions? Let us know in the comments!
