AEW threw a big show in Wembley Stadium last Sunday, and fans packed Wembley Stadium to see the event. There were also ton of people watching at home on pay-per-view.

AEW likes to air their pay-per-view events in theaters. This gives fans a chance to watch their shows on the big screen, and they’ve done it like that for years. All In London did not get that same attention.

It was previously noted that AEW All In London wouldn’t be shown in movie theaters. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that those theaters in American couldn’t show All In London, because it would disrupt their usual discounted matinée showings.

“There were no movie theater numbers because the show wasn’t offered in theaters due to most theaters having a $4 for any movie all day gimmick, and thus it wasn’t economically feasible to run theaters. The 9/3 All Out show will be at theaters as is usually the case.”

AEW All In was a big event in Wembley Stadium, and they even booked All In London 2 for August 25th, 2024 before the show ended. Naturally, AEW was very happy about their turnout, even if fans in America couldn’t watch in move theaters.

CM Punk and Jack Perry’s backstage incident caused a lot of attention during All In. Sadly, that took a big focus away from their event in the end, but Tony Khan’s company is going to continue into All Out regardless of the drama.
