AEW President Tony Khan took to Twitter following Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite to unveil an addition to the upcoming All Out pay-per-view event. Eddie Kingston and Claudio Castagnoli are set to engage in a unique tag team clash during the highly anticipated event.

Khan’s announcement revealed that Eddie Kingston will be joining forces with Katsuyori Shibata to form a formidable tag team. Their opponents will be none other than Claudio Castagnoli and fellow member of the Blackpool Combat Club, Wheeler Yuta.

The impending tag team bout comes on the heels of Kingston and Castagnoli’s recent encounter in the Stadium Stampede match at the All In event. Kingston teamed up with Orange Cassidy, Penta El Zero Miedo, Trent Beretta, and Chuck Taylor to secure a victory against Castagnoli, Yuta, Jon Moxley, Santana, and Ortiz in the iconic Wembley Stadium.

In the lead-up to this showdown, Kingston put his NJPW Strong Openweight title on the line against Yuta during this week’s Dynamite, triumphantly retaining his championship. Following the match, Kingston aimed to goad Castagnoli, who holds the ROH World Championship, into the ring for a confrontation. However, Castagnoli opted to focus on escorting Yuta backstage, seemingly ignoring Kingston’s challenge.

Eddie Kingston’s longstanding animosity towards Claudio Castagnoli has been a driving force in their rivalry. Kingston’s desire for revenge has burned intensely since his defeat at the hands of Castagnoli back in March at ROH Supercard Of Honor XVI.
