The Young Bucks are undoubtedly in a league of their own as far as being a tag team is concerned. They have had legendary feuds with many tag teams and that definitely includes FTR. After what transpired at AEW All In, it appears Matt Jackson believes The Young Bucks and FTR’s rivalry will never end.

The Young Bucks have been engaged in a rivalry with FTR that dates back to even before FTR debuted in AEW in 2020. After all, fans remember the famous tweet between FTR and Bucks which stated that they would rejoice once the two teams finally face each other.

So far, FTR won the trilogy of matches against The Young Bucks, as the AEW World Tag Team Champions beat the Bucks at AEW All In. While speaking with Sports Illustrated, Matt Jackson reflected on the match and stated that he believes The Young Bucks and FTR’s rivalry will never end.

We had 81,000-plus people on their feet screaming exactly when we wanted them to, while we worked one of our greatest rivals, all while we were wearing tribute gear of one of our favorite singers in Wembley Stadium. None of us were injured. We all had a great match. I couldn’t be happier. Well, maybe if the ending was a little different.

As long as we’re all active wrestlers, it’s fair to assume this rivalry will never end. We really wanted to illustrate that it would take anything and everything to get the job done. We’d all emptied our gas tanks and there was nothing left. We all kicked out of moves that were never kicked out of before. It would come down to the wire, like in a fighting video game when both character’s energy meters are on red. Whoever is luckiest to get in that last shot wins. They were the better team last night,”.

The Young Bucks were unable to defeat FTR for the AEW World Tag Team Championships at AEW All In. We will have to wait and see what’s next in store for the duo.
