LA Knight made a significant impression after his debut at NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day on February 14th, 2021. His star continues to shine bright every passing week and there are clearly big things in store for him. Now it appears Knight got another major achievement after WWE SummerSlam.
During the SummerSlam Premium Live Event, LA Knight took part in the Slim Jim Battle Royal. Knight managed to overcome all the odds and win the match, outlasting every other competitor.
This made fans very happy as they wanted him to win. In fact, even Slim Jim was ecstatic about working with LA Knight. According to Wrestle Ops, LA Knight winning the Battle Royal was WWE’s most liked tweet/post from the entire SummerSlam Premium Live Event.
“LA Knight winning the Battle Royal was WWE’s most liked tweet/post from the entirety of #SummerSlam last night.
“With over 43,000 & counting in under 24 hours.”
We will have to wait and see how WWE will book LA Knight, now that he is clearly moving forward with a lot of momentum. After all, fans just want him to win a title this year.
