AAA has been around the block for several years now and showcases a lot of Mexico’s best talents, who are also competing all over the world. That said, the company doesn’t have any TV deal yet and it appears AAA is negotiating just that for next year.

AAA events currently air on FITE TV. Some of the company’s TV specials have also aired on Estrella TV. That said, AAA is more than determined to grow its audience in the United States and expand their business in a big way.

While speaking on Under The Ring, AAA’s head booker Konnan talked about the company having a different style than the wrestling fans typically see in the United States. Konnan then noted that AAA is negotiating to come into the United States in a “major way,” adding that it should happen in 2024.

”Hopefully, next year, I can’t get into details, but we’re negotiating to come into the United States in a major way, hopefully with a TV deal, and show people what Mexican Lucha libre is all about. You won’t see what you see in the United States, which is basically Mexican wrestlers within the confines of an American style. You’re gonna see straight Lucha libre like you saw, maybe if you ever saw Lucha Underground.”

Earlier this year, General Director of Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide Dorian Roldán discussed AAA’s goals for streaming. We will have to wait and see whether AAA’s future endeavor will prove to be a successful one.
