Cody Rhodes Doesn’t Want To Face Brock Lesnar Again

Brock Lesnar and Cody Rhodes threw down at Ford Field for SummerSlam. Cody Rhodes won that third match, but don’t count on a fourth coming any time soon.

During the press conference after SummerSlam, Cody Rhodes made it clear that he doesn’t want to face Brock Lesnar again. That being said, three matches is more than enough.

I don’t want to wrestle Brock Lesnar again, but I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to do it and compete at his level.

Cody Rhodes made a point to say that Brock Lesnar can leave WWE at any time, but when he does leave WWE, then fans will realize what he is. “He’s a freaking unicorn,” Cody said, and he obviously has a lot of respect for Brock Lesnar.

Rhodes then went on to say that he looks at Lesnar the way Dusty Rhodes might have looked at Harley Race. Only time will tell what’s in their future, but they don’t seem destined to collide again.
