John Cena is a 16-time World Champion and carried the company on his back throughout the PG era. He has been a part of the WWE family for more than two decades now. Now it appears Kurt Angle believes Cena joining TNA would have changed the face of pro wrestling.

In 2006, Kurt Angle debuted what arguably became his best gimmick, as he was simply known as the ‘Wrestling Machine.’ However, he would also end up leaving WWE that tear and make his way to TNA shortly afterwards.

The Leader of Cenation has been loyal to Vince McMahon’s company since the very beginning, as he never went to work for any other company after that. While speaking on the latest episode of his Kurt Angle Show, the Olympic Gold Medalist stated that he believes John Cena joining TNA would have changed the face of pro wrestling.

“Well, listen, John Cena, I believe, would’ve made just as much of an impact as I did for TNA. but if we both would’ve come there, that would’ve changed the face of wrestling. I really believe that. I honestly believe that John Cena coming to TNA would’ve probably changed the face. I think he was such a big name that he’d immediately have a huge impact. Oh, like I did. I don’t know if he’d have more of an impact.

Maybe, maybe not, but I, but John Cena was really talented, and what he’s done in WWE is unparalleled. So, having him come to TNA, first of all, if WWE released him, or if JohnCena’s contract expired, WWE has no right to say, Hey, you’re not allowed to do that. I mean, you know, if John wanted to go to TNA, he would go to TNA. But the question is, would John Cena do that? That’s the question.”

An ex-WWE Superstar also believes John Cena is better actor than a wrestler. Angle also that he believes he would have been the greatest of all time, had he not left WWE to join TNA back in 2006.
