Ronda Rousey accomplished a lot in the UFC, and then she had an impressive run with WWE, one that is still going. As she reaches what could be the end of her journey with Vince McMahon’s company. She also had quite a life prior to that.

In a recent interview with ESPN, Ronda Rousey shared an incident from her past where she found herself fending off a group of men at a movie theater. The incident occurred during her ascent to stardom in 2012, shortly after claiming the bantamweight title with a victory over Miesha Tate.

Contrary to fearing for her safety, Ronda Rousey displayed her extraordinary skills and fearlessly defended herself against the men one by one. In her own words, she stated that she “handily beat down the men.” Her display of self-defense showcased her fighting abilities, even outside the octagon.

The aftermath of the incident took an unexpected turn. The men who had instigated the confrontation decided to file a lawsuit against Ronda Rousey, claiming that her self-defense actions were excessively aggressive.

Ronda Rousey’s story serves as a reminder that she didn’t give up until she conquered the world of mixed martial arts. She also faced challenges as she has overcome them both inside and outside the octagon.
