Fred Rosser was known as Darren Young in WWE, but he has since blazed a trail after his departure from Vince McMahon’s company. Through it all, his father watched along the way, but sadly, his father has passed away.

Fred Rosser revealed on social media that his father, Fredrick, has passed away. He was 98-years-old, but no cause of death was revealed.

The former Prime Time Player in WWE tweeted out a video of his father along with a touching tribute. Obviously, this was a terrible loss for him to deal with, but he is staying strong through the grief.

My POP lived a long life, but not long enough and saying goodbye to my 98 years young POP is so hard. I will never ever forget how much you loved me and how much I learned from you. I vow to keep your memory alive. I’ll miss your laughs, I’ll miss your hugs, I’ll miss your wisdom and the life lessons you so loved to share. I’ll carry you with me always, everywhere. Like you always tell me,”Be cool and don’t be know fool!”
