Few WWE Superstars have the momentum from fans like LA Knight. Now, it appears that WWE is teasing his next moves, and it might include a championship situation.

LA Knight’s potential future in WWE took a glimpse at the possibility of a championship run, specifically involving the WWE Championship. Although he did not win the men’s Money in the Bank ladder match, Triple H hinted at positive things to come for Knight during the post-show press conference.

Before Money in the Bank, WWE may have provided a teaser for Knight’s involvement in a championship feud on the UK tour. Footage has surfaced from a WWE house show in Dublin, Ireland on June 29th, showing Knight dismantling the United States Championship.

In the video below, Austin Theory celebrates his victory over AJ Styles for the championship, with Knight then seizing the opportunity to take down Theory and triumphantly as he raised the United States Championship in the ring.

Austin Theory has held the WWE United States Championship since Survivor Series: WarGames in November 2022. Fan responses to the footage have shown support for the idea of Knight becoming a future United States Champion, with fans even using photo editing to envision him with the title.

While addressing his loss at Money in the Bank, Knight has vowed to make himself a champion regardless of setbacks. Meanwhile, Damian Priest emerged as the winner of the Money in the Bank briefcase, and he recently discussed issues within Judgment Day following an unsuccessful cash-in attempt on WWE Raw.

We will have to see what is next for LA Knight, but the company apparently wasn’t shy about teasing a US Title run for the former Eli Drake. We will have to see what they have in store for the wildly successful Superstar on the road to SummerSlam.
