Sami Zayn had a nice, and unexpected, run with the Bloodline as a member of their dominate stable. Although there was some resistance, it seemed to work like a charm.

After his defeat to Johnny Knoxville at WrestleMania 38, Sami Zayn was determined to prove himself among the WWE locker room. In his quest, he set his sights on winning the favor of Roman Reigns, the reigning Undisputed WWE Universal Champion and self-proclaimed Tribal Chief.

Sami Zayn’s association with Roman Reigns marked a fresh chapter in the ongoing Bloodline storyline. As an Honorary Uso, Zayn showcased his on-screen chemistry with Reigns, The Usos, Solo Sikoa, and Paul Heyman. His inclusion in the group allowed him to establish a bond and work alongside these notable WWE personalities.

While speaking to Areil Helwani, Jey Uso admitted that, “I was all against that. I was like, ‘Him?'” Then Jimmy Uso chimed in to explain more about how Sami Zayn’s inclusion was seen, “It’s the Bloodline, what are we doing here?”

“Him? This is the one we’re going to let in the circle?” Jey Uso continued, to which Jimmy Uso admitted, “It worked.”

Then Jey Uso admitted that, “I was wrong. He’s low-key funny. Very witty, very smart.”

Jimmy Uso said that, “We were cool with Sami way before this.” That only helped the union grow on television. Jey Uso then said that he, “just imagined him walking out with us, and when he walked out with us, it fit weirdly.”

Sami Zayn made the Bloodline break character on a couple of occasions, thanks to his witty delivery. Jey Uso admitted that, “All that breaking character, all that was real. It’s live. I almost started thinking, ‘you’re unprofessional.'”

Jimmy and Jey Uso told him that “you need to tighten up,” as well, and Jimmy noted that they need to be “professional out there.” In the end, Sami Zayn’s inclusion in the Bloodline was a magic mixture.

At WWE Royal Rumble, Zayn shocked the world by betraying the Bloodline, delivering a chair shot to Roman Reigns. This act marked his departure from the group and set the stage for a new direction in his career.

Teaming up with his longtime ally Kevin Owens, Zayn embarked on a path of success. At WrestleMania 39, the duo achieved a monumental victory, capturing the Undisputed Tag Team Championships by defeating The Usos. This triumph solidified their status as a formidable team and marked a significant moment in their respective careers.
