Jungle Boy is currently one of the highlights of AEW television, as he has seen a ton of growth since his debut in 2019. He is considered one of the Four Pillars of AEW, but fans feel he still has a lot left to prove. That said, it appears he finally broke his silence after turning heel on Hook during the AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door event.

Jack Perry is now a genuine singles star after breaking away from The Jurassic Express and while many fans appreciate his technical skills inside the squared circle, they still feel he needs to improve his character work. That said, he continues to have stellar matches whenever possible.

During the AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door pay-per-view, Jungle Boy squared off against Sanada for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship. Despite his best efforts, he was not able to defeat Sanada.

Right after that, he ended up turning heel on Hook – shocking fans in attendance in big way. Following his shocking heel turn, Jungle Boy took to Twitter and blasted Danhausen for questioning what he did.
