Bobby Lashley is a former WWE Champion, and he commands a lot of attention. The Almighty hasn’t been seen in a WWE ring since the World Heavyweight Championship tournament, but that hiatus ended last night.

We previously reported that Bobby Lashley was advertised locally for this week’s SmackDown. He wasn’t seen on the show, but fans at Saturday night’s house show got quite a treat.

On Saturday night, Bobby Lashley made his much-anticipated return to the ring at a WWE house show held at the Heritage Bank Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. His opponent for that surprising in-ring return was Karrion Kross.

The former WWE Champion emerged victorious. Bobby Lashley had been absent from television since the May 12th episode of SmackDown, where he lost to AJ Styles in the WWE World Heavyweight Title Tournament Semi-Final.
