CM Punk is undoubtedly one of the most controversial and divisive names in the history of professional wrestling and fans know that all too well now. He is set to make his in-ring return as part of a huge main event on the debut episode of AEW Collision. Now it appears Punk paid tribute to Bret Hart following the announcement.

It was then officially announced on Dynamite last week that CM Punk will appear during the debut episode of AEW Collision at the United Center in Chicago. Naturally, there is a lot of hype behind his return.

As seen on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, it was officially announced that CM Punk will be teaming up with FTR and squaring off against Jay White, Juice Robinson, and Samoa Joe in the main event of the debut episode of AEW Collision on June 17th.

The Second City Saint took to his Instagram stories, where he wore a sweatshirt featuring the legendary Bret Hart, accompanied by the caption “For Bret.” He also uploaded a photo FTR celebrating his win from last year’s Double or Nothing.
