Seth Rollins won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia. Since then, he promised to be a fighting champion, and his first title defense is already set to RAW. That being said, Damian Priest won’t be his first challenger.

Contrary to WWE’s announcement of Seth Rollins making his first title defense on Raw against Damian Priest, it turns out that he has already successfully defended his newly won championship. After all, WWE still had a house show on Saturday night that Rollins competed at as champion.

During a WWE Supershow house show on Saturday, Seth Rollins put his WWE World Heavyweight Championship on the line against The Miz. As expected, Rollins emerged victorious, solidifying his reign as the champion.

Now, Rollins will proceed to face Damian Priest on Monday Night Raw, carrying the momentum of his previous successful title defense into the highly anticipated match. Only time will tell how that match turns out on television.
