WWE has a lot of rosters on their roster that they want to connect with fans in certain ways. It just so happens that their desire to get LA Knight booed was recently met with some vocal opposition.

WWE piped in boos to cover up cheers for LA Knight on last week’s taped SmackDown. Some fans weren’t happy about this, but they might need to get over it.

BWE, who has a proven track record of nailing backstage reports, tweeted out in reply to this controversy. They simply stated that WWE wants “to keep him heel for a while.”

The WWE insider also asked if fans are “5 years old!?” Obviously, LA Knight’s heel status will make WWE try their best to draw boos. That is the plan for him right now, so WWE is trying to fit that narrative.

Only time will tell what’s next for LA Knight. He certainly has a lot of fans behind him as a heel. That being said, Triple H is also well aware of the reaction that LA Knight is receiving.
