WWE Night of Champions PLE is set to feature Roman Reigns in action, although he won’t be defending his Undisputed WWE Universal Title on the show. Instead, Reigns will team up with Solo Sikoa to take on Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Titles. Despite not defending his championship, Reigns has a busy schedule ahead.

In addition to his match at Night of Champions PLE, Reigns is also advertised for upcoming events such as SmackDown on June 30, Money in the Bank on July 1, a house show on July 22 in Mexico City, and the highly anticipated SummerSlam in August.

The Tribal Chief is closing in on an impressive milestone of 1000 days as Universal Champion, a reign that began when he won the WWE Title at WrestleMania 38 last year by defeating Brock Lesnar, thus becoming the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.

With WWE booking Reigns in a tag team match at Night of Champions, some fans have speculated that the promotion might schedule him for non-title matches at PLEs to further extend his reign as champion.
