Matt Cardona Calls Out Kanye West For ‘Running From’ Him

Matt Cardona, formerly known as Zack Ryder during his time in WWE, struggled to gain significant screen time and was unable to truly break out as a star there. He was eventually released by WWE in 2020 and went on to achieve greater success outside the organization. He is truly the king of the Indies for many fans and decided to call out Kanye West for a bizarre reason.

After his WWE release, Matt Cardona truly reinvented himself in the independent circuit. Cardona especially made a name for himself in Impact Wrestling and GCW, where he became the World Champion in the latter promotion.

He eventually came to be known as the Indy God as well as the Death Match King, something that he never fails to remind fans about. He also loves calling out people on social media. Cardona took to Twitter and posted a paparazzi photo taken of Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori, where he called out West for running from him.

Kanye is wearing kickpads now?! He looks like an Indy worker now. Is he coming after THE INDY GOD?! Be a man Kanye..c’mon don’t be scared…you’re running from Broski…that’s what I heard!!!

Matt Cardona previously made it clear that he won’t ever return to WWE unless they give him top spot. We’ll have to wait and see what will become of Matt Cardona in the end.
