Don Callis Refuses to Comment on Kenny Omega Betrayal After AEW Dynamite

Don Callis and Kenny Omega had been paired together on AEW television since 2020, as he was responsible for Omega becoming the AEW World Champion. Throughout Omega’s reign, Callis was right by his side and fans thought they would be together forever. Now it appears Callis simply refused to comment on his betrayal of Kenny Omega after AEW Dynamite.

Don Callis has always been with Kenny Omega through thick and thin, both as a babyface as well as a heel. Therefore, it was a massive shock after what he did on AEW Dynamite.

Kenny Omega and Jon Moxley squared off against each other in a steel cage match in the main event of AEW Dynamite. In a shocking turn of events, Don Callis betrayed Kenny Omega, allowing Jon Moxley to win the match.

Following the conclusion of AEW Dynamite, Alex Marvez tried to interview Don Callis and ask him the reason for his betrayal. However, Callis was rushing out of the building and refused to comment on his actions.

We will have to wait and see how AEW will book Don Callis and Kenny Omega’s feud in the coming weeks, as the company finally has a worthwhile storyline for fans to sink their teeth into.
