WWE Starts Night of Champions Booking With Huge Matches

WWE’s next premium live event is only a couple of weeks away at this point. Night of Champions will go down in Saudi Arabia on May 27th, and the company got started on that booking this week.

Brock Lesnar made his presence known this week on RAW when he invaded Cody Rhodes’ triple threat match in the World Heavyweight Title tournament. Then the Beast Incarnate challenged Cody Rhodes to “a fight.”

Cody Rhodes later accepted Brock Lesnar’s “fight” challenge for Night of Champions. We will have to see if any stipulation is announced for that match to make it more of a fight.

Also, the WWE World Heavyweight Champion will be determined on May 27. Seth Rollins won the RAW portion of the tournament this week, and he will face the representative from SmackDown in Saudi Arabia.

AJ Styles vs Edge vs Rey Mysterio will go down this week on SmackDown, which is an absolute dream match. The other triple threat match will see Bobby Lashley, Sheamus, and Austin Theory battle.

We will have to see who represents WWE RAW and SmackDown at Night of Champions on May 27th. If anything, this week’s SmackDown is going to be an exciting show.
