Naomi walked out of WWE almost a year ago alongside Sasha Banks. Now, both of those influential women are in other companies, and Naomi is going strong as Trinity in Impact Wrestling. The company also has an interesting segment planned for her.

Ringside News exclusively reported that Naomi would have gone back to WWE, but she stood next to Sasha Banks when The Boss held out for different terms.

Impact Wrestling will hold their Under Siege event on May 26th, which proceeds WWE Night of Champions on May 27th and then AEW Double or Nothing on May 28th. It is going to be a very three days for pro wrestling.

Impact Wrestling announced today that Naomi is booked for a segment at Under Siege. She will apparently wrestle a match, but we don’t know who her opponent is yet.

BREAKING: @TheTrinity_Fatu has an open contract for a match at #UnderSiege on May 26 LIVE on IMPACT Plus from London, ON!

The Knockouts roster has a lot of talented females who are ready to prove themselves. Any one of them would benefit from working with someone like Naomi as well.

Open challenges can be very interesting. Naomi has a contract to compete, so it will happen, but her opponent is still a bit of a secret. There are a few possibilities out there, but it’s unlikely that Mercedes Mone will show up. She is still be with NJPW, fulfilling dates with them, until the end of May.

What’s your take on Impact Wrestling’s booking for Naomi at this point? Will she become Knockouts Champion sooner than later? Sound off in the comments!
