Savio Vega Makes Special Appearance During WWE Backlash

WWE presented Backlash in Puerto Rico and that called for a huge crowd full of excited fans. They were pumped for the opening match where Bianca Belair beat IYO Sky, and then they were delighted to see a promo with Bad Bunny with a very special guest.

Bad Bunny was seen in a backstage segment during Backlash, then Rey Mysterio joined him in the room. They had a conversation and then Rey Mysterio introduced a special guest he brought in.

Suddenly, Savio Vega walked in, and the Puerto Rican fans exploded in a huge pop. The crowd was so loud that we couldn’t even hear what they were saying in the segment. Savio Vega handed Bad Bunny a kendo stick with a Puerto Rican flag on it before it ended.

Bad Bunny will take on Damian Priest in a San Juan street fight at Backlash. Odds are, the fans will see that kendo stick from Savio Vega make an appearance.

Savio Vega once represented Puerto Rico proudly on a weekly basis on WWE television. It was really nice to see him make a return to WWE, even if it was only for this short cameo. At least they brought him in for Backlash, and a gigantic pop from the fans in San Juan.
