WWE has a lot of things going, and the Draft is always good for shaking things up in a big way. That being said, sometimes a big storyline will get stopped in its tracks because Superstars are moved away from each other. That happened with two big angles during this year’s draft selections.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that WWE split up some key angles. The Bloodline’s story with Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens seems to be on ice now. Also, Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio’s war seems to be over for now as well.

The draft, at least in theory, broke up the key programs that built the hot period, Sami Zayn with the Bloodline and getting together with Kevin Owens, Rhodes chasing Roman Reigns and Rey vs. Dominik Mysterio.

The Bloodline are still together on SmackDown, but the LWO and Judgment Day are no longer on the same brand. This means that they will have to find other programs for now, because brand lines are now separating Rey and Dominik Mysterio.

We will have to see what WWE does in this situation. After all, those programs didn’t really see a definite conclusion, so they could always pick things up where they left off at a later date.
