CM Punk is undoubtedly one of the most controversial wrestlers in the business right now and a proper heat magnet. Not everyone likes him due to his outspoken nature and behavior and that’s unlikely to ever change. Now it appears that Saraya wants the AEW locker room to find common ground with CM Punk.

CM Punk has not been seen since All Out last year and fans wondered when he would be back. It was then reported that The Second City Saint will be returning to AEW programming as the main attraction for their new show AEW Collision, which will be a two-hour show.

Reports have also suggested that The Young Bucks do not want to work with CM Punk whatsoever. Not only that but it was further added that Collision will be splitting up CM Punk from those who have issues working with him.

While speaking to BBC, Saraya talked about CM Punk returning to AEW soon. Saraya was in full support of Punk’s return to the company. Saraya also stated that she wants the AEW locker room to find common ground with CM Punk.

[Punk has] always been an absolute sweetheart to me. [We’ve] never had any conflict whatsoever. He’s been very helpful, given a lot of advice over the years.”

I want whatever’s best for business. If people don’t like each other, you have to find that common ground in a professional setting, you know? … There’s been people I don’t like over the years, but I’ve never let my personal feelings get in the way of business at the end of the day.”

There was also a call for AEW to fire The Elite for refusing to work with CM Punk. We will have to wait and see how CM Punk’s return will be received by fans, as it has been many months without the Straight Edge Savior.

What’s your take on what Saraya said? Are you looking forward to CM Punk’s return? Let us know in the comments!
