Eric Bischoff Opens Up About WWE RAW Appearance

WWE Hall Of Famer Eric Bischoff is a true veteran in pro wrestling, whose opinion carries weight due to his wealth of knowledge. He spearheaded WCW’s fight against WWE during the Monday Night Wars, but that’s all in the past now. Bischoff also appeared on RAW this past week and it appears he opened up about the whole experience.

This week’s episode of Monday Night RAW featured Night Two of the WWE Draft, which was a night to be remembered. The show featured numerous WWE legends, which also included Eric Bischoff.

Easy E was there to present one of the Draft picks and it is safe to say Eric Bischoff had a good time there. While speaking on the Strictly Business podcast, Eric Bischoff talked about his appearance on Monday Night RAW.

Eric Bischoff stated that he had a lot of fun on the show and noted that he had a great time hanging out with his friend Bruce Prichard backstage on the show as well as Prichard’s family.

“It was fun. I was in Norwalk, Connecticut on Thursday night, I think. By the way, big shout out to the entire team over at Best Trivia ever. Another great experience.”

I got to hang out with my buddy Bruce Prichard, his beautiful wife Stephanie, his daughter, his son, or his daughter’s boyfriend. I mean, it was like a family reunion. It was great and I just had a blast. Then on to San Fran, to Fresno, and then from Fresno back to San Fran, and onto Dallas on Monday, and back at Monday RAW. It always feels good. You know, you see some people that you haven’t seen in a while and get to reconnect and just put your toe back in the water. It was great. I got to say hi to Paul Levesque and Steven Regal and I saw Bruce again, amongst others. It was a great night. I enjoyed it.”

Many fans believe Eric Bischoff’s appearance on Monday Night RAW was a result of his anti-AEW stance over the past year, but nothing is confirmed about that just yet. Regardless, we’ll have to see if Bischoff will return to WWE somewhere down the line.
