AEW already has a lot of time on television to entertain fans, but they are going to add another show on Saturdays soon enough. A new show, expected to be called Collision, will air on Saturdays on TNT, and that will call for Rampage to change a bit.

We previously reported that ROH is likely going to feature a lot of younger talent now, people who need to work up the AEW roster. After all both Dark shows on YouTube will be cancelled when the new Saturday show starts. Warner Bros Discover will have exclusive rights to AEW programming at that point which means they must end their shows on Google’s YouTube platform.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that Rampage is set to see some changes as well. That show will start showcasing younger talent as well, since Rampage and Dynamite will tape together, with Collision and ROH filming during the same event as well.

Rampage will turn into what Dark and Dark Elevation were, more to showcase younger talent. The idea right now is for Dynamite and Rampage to tape together on Wednesday nights, and Collision and ROH to tape together on Saturday nights.

AEW Rampage’s viewership numbers have struggled for months. Hopefully, adding Collision to the mix will help things, but the jury is still out on how this new show will really fit into the mix. After all, CM Punk is highly expected to be exclusive to the new Saturday show.

This is a very interesting time to be an AEW fan. After all, they are going to block off another night of the week that fans need to dedicate to Tony Khan’s company. Only time will tell if it will be a success, but Tony Khan certainly seems positive about things.

What’s your take on AEW adding another show to television? Do they need another show on the weekly schedule? Sound off in the comments!
